Demo Family


Rin Aek family is one among other families within this village that they began their home-grown garden since the well was established. They adopt SSF consequent growing method to grow which is possible harvest consequently. Rin woke up early morning to water his garden before going to the rice field and he backs home earlier than other household members every day as he needs to water it again for the evening session even though they are too busy with their rice field during the months of December to February as it is harvest time in Cambodia. Rin and at least other 10 families within the village weren’t giving up gardens this harvest season. Rin illustrates us the important position of his garden as it can produce enough vegetable supplying to his family needs as well as they can sell out to the market as well.

Test technique growing water (Kampong Speu)


Kampong Speu is the poorest province in Cambodia, no water source for daily consumption in some region, like Somrong Tong district so dry, that why i had bring the technique growing saving water to test with one family (En sockly family) this family is so poor family and big family 6 household members and the major work is clam the palm tree. so due to this family and soil situation hard to growing the crops in dry season , i had to find the new technique growing in saving water.

Khmer New Year Celebrating

On the 11 April 2010 at SSF Foundation has celebrated the Khmer New Year , which has a lot of child come from village to participated play many game eating a lot food and dancing with smiling face together.
